About the job

As an APMM (Associate Product Marketing Manager), you will join a two-year, cohort-based development program within Google’s marketing team. You will complete at least two distinct marketing-based assignments across different product areas under the scope of larger initiatives, with general guidance. You will have the opportunities to develop new marketing skills, connect with diverse audiences, bring the voice of the user into the product development process, and build go-to-market plans that drive awareness and adoption for new products and features. You will also manage campaigns, drive growth marketing and optimization, contribute to Google’s brand strategy, and generate actionable user insights. You will take part in unique learning experiences, complete structured development milestones, and attend dedicated training and workshops to grow yourself and your career. You will also have the opportunity to take on leadership and organizing initiatives around topics such as Building Opportunities for Leadership and Development (BOLD), branding, and cultivating an inclusive team culture. You will be supported by dedicated mentors and executive leaders while actively contributing to a renowned, close-knit network.Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Responsibilities

  • Execute or manage campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to address user needs, team objectives, and key results (OKRs) and evaluate/analyze campaign performance for optimization, recommend channels for reaching and engaging users, and support, contribute to, or lead integrated channels to meet goals.
  • Create, review, or approve marketing content to ensure that positioning of the product is aligned with the product strategy, iterate the content and design along with cross-functional or cross-regional teams based on content standards, styles, and format, and collaborate with the production team to publish the marketing content.
  • Identify research needs, scope, manage, or guide user research by leveraging internal and external research partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
