About the job

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Labor Planner in Supply Chain Planning Organization, you will be responsible for architecting the labor strategy for Third Party Data Centers in APAC. Your primary objective is to define the "Who, What, and When," ensuring that human capital is perfectly synchronized with physical infrastructure demands. Synthesize long-term staffing requirements by analyzing complex demand pipelines and forecasts provided by upstream partners and govern labor requirements across the entire data center lifecycle.

The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible. We empower Google customers with breakthrough capabilities and insights by delivering AI and Infrastructure at unparalleled scale, efficiency, reliability and velocity. Our customers include Googlers, Google Cloud customers, and billions of Google users worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and demand signals to build integrated plans and labor capacity models, ensuring 3PDC sites can support demand fluctuations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in lead-times, resources, and constraints management across sites, focusing on flow optimization for faster deployments.
  • Identify regional labor shortages or bottlenecks within the APAC territory, and develop contingency plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Support program planning requests for new product development, maintenance, decommissions, and returns to keep cross-functional projects on schedule.
  • Utilize AI tools and agentic workflows to augment labor forecasting, automate scenario modeling, and streamline planning execution.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
