Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution and sourcing, or a related function.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in procurement in the marketing environment with a focus on APAC markets.
- 5 years of experience leading complex, multi-party deal management, contract structuring, and commercial negotiations with global marketing suppliers in marketing procurement, sales or partnerships.
- Experience managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure category performance and track progress towards strategic goals.
- Track record of cultivating strategic partnerships with key executive stakeholders and vendor leaders to drive win-win commercial outcomes.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with organizational objectives for assigned indirect spend categories with focus on marketing: Media, Creative, Social, Events, Market Research, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead the execution of strategic sourcing initiatives, high-value RFx processes, complex deal negotiations, and commercial supplier evaluations within designated categories.
- Analyze spending patterns, market trends, and identify value opportunities within the category. Analyze procurement data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category.
- Advocate for an 'AI-First' procurement strategy, proactively identifying opportunities to automate transactional workflows and leveraging predictive analytics to drive competitive advantage and category excellence.
