In accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:

  • Paid Time Off: 20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment
  • Sick Time: 40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance
  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media with some experience in the Retail industry.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day performance management; i.e., review and understand performance fluctuations and identify opportunities for program optimization.
  • Understand the Google Ads solutions our clients use, ensure they are properly communicated and implemented, and take responsibility for client management by fostering stakeholder relationships and building trust.
  • Serve as a liaison to clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities, while ensuring clients understand and are satisfied with performance and business growth.
  • Develop data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients.
  • Manage operations within the Sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute complex initiatives and ensure accountability to team goals (i.e., understand Vertical and Sector priorities and how the team is tracking relative to those KPIs).
