As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. At Google, our infrastructure is core to our global mission to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful. To power this infrastructure, we are committed to meeting our energy needs sustainably, reliably, and efficiently.

In this role you will be responsible for tracking, reporting and risk mitigating the delivery of mission critical power generation and power infrastructure assets that will power Google's mission critical data centers. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on project schedules, variances to schedule, and take any and all steps, including contract negotiations and amendments, to ensure delivery of critical infrastructure that is as on time and on budget as possible. You will intake projects from the commercial structuring team and track them until successful delivery. You will have responsibility for power supply for a set of data centers within a region and oversee consultants as necessary while also working closely with internal partner teams ranging from engineering to supply chain to real estate to construction, finance and legal.

The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible. From software to hardware our teams are shaping the future of world-leading hyperscale computing, with key teams working on the development of our TPUs, Vertex AI for Google Cloud, Google Global Networking, Data Center operations, systems research, and much more.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery and oversight of third-party power asset development for Google data centers across Thailand, Southeast Asia, and APAC.
  • Collaborate closely with utilities, transmission owners, and developers to ensure projects meet strict delivery timelines, control budgets, and negotiate contract amendments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including engineering, construction, and capacity planners to ensure smooth handoffs and proactively mitigate project risks.
  • Partner with portfolio management to develop standardized tracking tools, databases, and data governance frameworks that clearly communicate portfolio status.
  • Maintain accurate planning data, track and report plan variances, and implement corrective measures to guarantee on-time asset delivery from all counterparties.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
