About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution roadmap for internal security tools, managing timelines, priorities, and engineering resource allocation across the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure technical architectures from the Functional pod are translated accurately and efficiently into software builds by the operational pod.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison with central, managing security reviews, infrastructure dependencies, and compliance launch gates.
  • Triage engineering issues, evaluate design tradeoffs, and assess risk surfaces to prevent project bottlenecks.
  • Lead specific programmatic domains (e.g., data and access governance or remediation and response operations), ensuring holistic coverage of the gTech risk environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
