About the job
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The Waze Program Management Organization (PMO) is a multifaceted team that plays a pivotal role in driving Waze’s strategic objectives. The PMO is deeply embedded in Waze’s product development lifecycle and extends beyond execution to encompass strategic planning, business operations, quality assurance, and user enablement. The PMO is a key partner to both Waze Product and Engineering, as well as, cross-functional, Geo stakeholders, playing a critical role in shaping the future of Waze.
Waze is where people and technology meet to solve transportation challenges. It's a platform that empowers users to contribute road data and edit Waze maps to improve the way we move about the world. As the social navigation pioneer, Waze leverages mobile technology and a passionate global community to redefine expectations of today’s maps.

- Operationalize strategic forums, summits, and offsites for the Waze Leadership Team and extended leads to shape overarching business priorities.
- Orchestrate complex, cross-functional workstreams including project retrospectives and legal, security and compliance program management to operationalize leadership vision.
