Bei brutal.ai, einem Spin-off von GoStudent, gestaltest du die Zukunft ganzer Branchen mit. Gemeinsam mit den Gründern Felix Ohswald und Gregor Müller baust du ein völlig neues Produkt: ein KI-Betriebssystem für Unternehmen.

Unser Ziel ist es, dieses System branchenübergreifend zu skalieren – die Gastronomie ist aktuell unser erster Fokus und Ausgangspunkt.

Wir kombinieren modernste AI-Technologie mit realen Business-Problemen und bauen Lösungen, die Unternehmen operativ entlasten und Wachstum automatisieren – heute z. B. für Restaurants von Website & SEO bis hin zu Delivery, Reviews und Loyalty, morgen für viele weitere Branchen.

Du bist kein klassischer Sales Manager – du bist ein Builder im Feld. Du bringst unser AI-Produkt direkt zu Unternehmer:innen, verstehst ihre Herausforderungen und übersetzt Technologie in echten Business-Impact.

Die perfekte Kombination – Du steuerst Field Sales & Beratung

Aktiver Kundenaufbau (Field + Warm Leads): Du arbeitest mit bestehenden Leads und gehst zusätzlich aktiv in den Außendienst. Du kontaktierst Unternehmer:innen (aktuell v. a. Restaurantbetreiber), vereinbarst Termine und baust deine eigene Pipeline weiter aus.

Consultative Sales vor Ort: Du führst persönliche Gespräche mit Entscheidern, verstehst ihre Pain Points und zeigst, wie brutal.ai konkret Umsatz steigern und Prozesse automatisieren kann.

AI-Lösungen verkaufen, nicht nur erklären: Du verkaufst ein ganzheitliches AI-System, das operative Aufgaben automatisiert und Wachstum treibt – aktuell z. B. in der Gastronomie:

  • Automatische Website- & Landingpage-Erstellung
  • SEO & Content-Generierung
  • Provisionsfreies Delivery-Netzwerk
  • Google Business Setup & Management
  • Automatisierte Review-Antworten
  • Tischreservierungen & Loyalty-Systeme

Beratung & Closing: Du führst strukturierte Verkaufsgespräche, überzeugst Unternehmer:innen und bringst Deals eigenständig zum Abschluss.

Marktfeedback & Produktnähe: Du bist nah am Kunden und bringst Insights direkt ins Produktteam ein – was fehlt, was funktioniert, was skaliert.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) – du überzeugst im direkten Kundengespräch vor Ort
  • Erfahrung im Field Sales oder Consultative Sales
  • Hunter-Mindset & Drive – du willst Deals closen, nicht nur Gespräche führen
  • Starke Kommunikations- & Closing-Skills
  • Hands-on Mentalität – Early Stage, viel Ownership, wenig Struktur
  • Interesse an AI & digitalen Produkten
  • Unternehmerisches Denken & Eigeninitiative

Vergütung:

  • €35.000 Fixgehalt (Vollzeitbasis)
