The posting

GoStudent is growing fast, and we’re building a Talent Pool in Turkey for future German-language roles in Customer Support and Customer Retention.

What you might work on

Depending on the specific position that opens, your day could include:

  • Delivering first-class support via live chat, email and basic billing queries.
  • Retaining at-risk customers through active listening and tailored solutions.
  • Coordinating with tutors and booking lessons to keep every class on track.
  • Solving ad-hoc operational challenges across multiple European markets.
  • Partnering with our Global Customer Care Managers to improve processes and share market feedback.
