🚀 We’re Hiring: HR Intern

🕒 Internship Duration: 6 months (Full-time)

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Recruitment & Selection

  • Assist in CV screening and shortlisting
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
  • Support recruitment documentation and reporting

2️⃣ Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Assist in new joiner documentation and induction coordination
  • Support exit documentation and clearance processes

3️⃣ Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support confirmation letters, contract updates, and other employee documentation

4️⃣ Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Assist in attendance and leave management
  • Support payroll data preparation and verification

5️⃣ HR Administration & Projects

  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation control

💡 What You’ll Gain:
