Are you passionate about production planning, supply chain coordination, and optimizing manufacturing operations? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Planning Executive to join our team!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer order priorities and manufacturing orders through the ERP system.
  • Coordinate material planning with the Procurement Department to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Prepare and communicate realistic customer delivery commitments.
  • Release and schedule production orders according to customer priorities and resource availability.
  • Monitor production capacity and optimize the utilization of machines, manpower, and other resources.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory and safety stock levels.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and delivery challenges.
  • Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve On-Time Delivery (OTD).

If you are ready to contribute to production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, we would love to hear from you!

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Manufacturing Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing industry.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems and statistical analysis.
  • Professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
