L’équipe accompagne des clients français et internationaux sur tous les aspects fiscaux des opérations de fusions et d’acquisition, les réorganisations intragroupes, les opérations d’investissement immobilier, les financements de projets ainsi que sur des sujets de fiscalité financière et la fiscalité des dirigeants.

Le/la stagiaire aura pour mission de réaliser des recherches variées, d'analyser des pièces ainsi que les aspects fiscaux liés aux opérations de M&A et de financement de projets ou immobilier, de fiscalité des dirigeants et patrimoniale.Il/elle participera à la rédaction de consultations, de documents, de notes et de mémos sur les problématiques fiscales. Il conviendra également de préparer des supports de formation et de conférence ainsi que la veille juridique et fiscale.

Outre de bonnes capacités de raisonnement et de la curiosité, une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et un bon sens de l'humour sont les qualités requises pour tirer le meilleur parti de ce stage. Etudiant(e) en droit (Master I, Master II, IEJ, Ecole du Barreau), vous avez de préférence déjà effectué un stage en cabinet d’affaires.
