Deine Aufgaben

  • vielseitige Unterstützung in verschiedenen Mandaten aus dem Bereich des Immobilienwirtschaftsrechts, einschließlich der Unterstützung des Teams bei Due Diligence Prüfungen im Rahmen von Immobilientransaktionen, bei der Bearbeitung von Miet- oder Grundstückskaufverträgen, Erbbaurechtsverträgen oder sonstigen immobilienbezogenen Angelegenheiten
  • Eigenständige Recherchen zu juristischen Fragestellungen zu Themen des Mietvertragsrechts, Sachenrechts, Baurechts

Dein Profil

Wir suchen einen Teamplayer mit

  • mindestens „vollbefriedigend“ abgeschlossenem 2. Staatsexamen
  • guten Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
  • großem Interesse am Bereich Immobilienwirtschaftsrecht
  • einer organisierten, methodischen und zielorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • einem sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programmen
