What You'll Do

  • Greet and guide customers through the sales process
  • Find the right vehicle using inventory tools and needs analysis
  • Demonstrate features, benefits, and value on test drives
  • Help customers complete sales applications and documents
  • Follow up with leads and past customers by phone, text, video, and email
  • Help keep inventory clean, presentable, and merchandised

What You Bring

  • High energy and an outgoing, positive attitude
  • Strong communication in person and by phone
  • Confidence, coachability, and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn CRM and sales tools
  • Basic business math
  • Comfort working indoors and outdoors
  • Valid driver's license
