Graff Auto Campus in Burns Harbor, IN is looking for an experienced Finance Manager who delivers a transparent, customer-first finance experience, builds strong lender relationships, and coaches the sales team to win together.

Transparent Pay and Benefits

  • $105,000–$165,000 per year, paid bi-weekly
  • Health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off

What You'll Do

  • Structure finance and lease transactions and secure approvals with lending partners
  • Present protection products with a transparent, compliant process
  • Monitor finance performance and prepare reporting for leadership
  • Manage risk and ensure every deal meets state and federal regulations
  • Partner with and coach sales consultants to improve customer satisfaction and profitability

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of finance principles, lender programs, and compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
