Graff Auto Campus in Burns Harbor, IN needs a skilled, motivated Ford Technician who can make an immediate impact. Our shop has a backlog of work, so the earning opportunity is real from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Perform work on the repair order efficiently and to dealership standards
  • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems with diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more
  • Communicate with Service Advisors on additional needed service, with time estimates
  • Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
  • Manage a backlog of service work and keep your stall clean and organized

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of automotive technician experience, preferably with Ford
  • High school diploma
  • ASE certification or equivalent training preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license and availability to start immediately
