THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing, Self-Serve Growth to shape how millions of individuals discover, adopt, and expand their use of the Superhuman suite. Reporting to the Head of Growth, Self-Serve, you’ll define the product marketing strategy for our self-serve growth engine, connecting audience insights, positioning, and go-to-market motions across the customer journey. Your work will help users progress from an initial use case to multi-product adoption, team collaboration, and broader organizational value.

You’ll lead and develop a team of product marketers while building the operating model for this critical function. In close partnership with Growth, Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, and Business Unit PMM leaders, you’ll turn customer, market, and competitive intelligence into cohesive cross-product experiences and scalable growth programs. This is an opportunity to define how an emerging AI productivity platform goes to market and make the Superhuman suite greater than the sum of its parts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Set the product marketing strategy for self-serve growth across acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion, leveraging persona-led positioning to connect individual product experiences into a seamless Superhuman suite journey.

- Build a deep understanding of our priority audiences, their needs, and their paths to value. Synthesize customer, market, and competitive research into clear recommendations for segmentation, positioning, growth strategies, and go-to-market motions. Proactively share recommendations with Business Unit leaders to influence and shape product roadmaps.

- Own the audience and use-case roadmap for suite-level solutions marketing, with accountability for measurable adoption and growth outcomes. Identify, size, and prioritize multi-product solutions based on customer needs, market opportunity, and growth potential, then develop repeatable plays that move users from first touch through multi-product and multi-seat adoption.

- Define how users discover, adopt, and purchase additional products across the Superhuman ecosystem. Identify points of friction and unlock opportunities for deeper engagement, retention, and expansion.

- Establish a clear operating model with Business Unit PMMs, defining ownership, decision rights, and shared priorities. Connect product-level positioning and launches to a cohesive, customer-first narrative for the Superhuman suite.

- Institute a measurement and experimentation framework for growth product marketing. Use activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and lifetime value to form hypotheses, evaluate impact, and guide investment.

- Represent Self-Serve Growth PMM with Product, Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, and PMM leadership. Align roadmaps, go-to-market plans, and investment around shared growth priorities.

- Create clear, structured narratives that communicate strategy, research findings, performance, and trade-offs. Establish the operating rhythms, ownership, and accountability needed to turn decisions into coordinated execution.

- Drive persona-oriented multi-product seasonal campaigns, from concepting through execution and measurement. Coordinate across Business Units to curate products and features that underpin the overarching narrative and objectives.

- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of product marketers. Set clear priorities, raise the bar for craft, strategic thinking, and execution, and support each team member's growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years in Product Marketing or Growth, including direct people leadership experience, ideally at a B2C SaaS or PLG company.

- A track record of building or leading high-performing product marketing teams.

- Experience setting product marketing strategy within a PLG or self-serve business.

- Deep expertise in audience segmentation, customer research, positioning, and go-to-market strategy, with the ability to turn insight into measurable growth.

- Strong fluency in product and growth analytics, including the ability to define success metrics, interpret user behavior, and use data to guide strategy and investment.

- Exceptional storytelling and positioning instincts, with a record of developing differentiated narratives and coaching that skill in others.

- The ability to create clarity and momentum in ambiguous environments, setting direction before all inputs are known and adapting as the business evolves.

- Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
