Deine Aufgaben

Als Dozent:in:

  • Durchführung von Online-Schulungen und Live-Webinaren im Bereich DATEV (z.B. Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, Lohn und Gehalt, Unternehmen online)
  • Didaktisch fundierte Begleitung unserer Teilnehmenden (u.a. Wirtschaftsfachwirte, Bilanzbuchhalter:innen, kaufmännische Fachkräfte)
  • Beantwortung individueller Fachfragen in unseren Foren und Betreuung digitaler Lerngruppen

Als Autor:in:

  • Erstellung und Pflege von E-Learning-Inhalten, Fallstudien, Quizfragen und Praxisbeispielen für unsere Lernplattform
  • Entwicklung von Schulungsunterlagen, Videoskripten, Übungen und Musterlösungen
  • Fachliche Aktualisierung bestehender Inhalte (z.B. bei DATEV-Updates oder gesetzlichen Änderungen)

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Steuerberatung, Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit DATEV-Software (z.B. Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, LODAS, Lohn und Gehalt, Unternehmen online)
  • Pädagogisches Geschick, idealerweise Erfahrung als Dozent:in, Trainer:in oder Ausbilder:in
  • Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit und Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Wissensvermittlung
  • Technische Affinität für E-Learning, Lernplattformen (z.B. Moodle oder Articulate) und digitale Tools
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Teamarbeit
