Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Dozenten-Teams suchen wir engagierte freiberufliche Dozenten (m/w/d) zur Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Unterrichtseinheiten im Rahmen von IHK-Aufstiegsfortbildungen. Sie bringen Ihr Fachwissen und Ihre Praxiserfahrung gezielt in die Weiterbildung ein und unterstützen unsere Teilnehmenden dabei, sich optimal auf die IHK-Prüfung vorzubereiten.

Die GrandEdu GmbH ist ein mehrfach ausgezeichnetes, innovatives Weiterbildungsinstitut mit Spezialisierung auf IHK-Aufstiegsfortbildungen und geförderte Bildungsmaßnahmen. Mit unseren digitalen, praxisnahen Lernkonzepten unterstützen wir Menschen dabei, ihre beruflichen Ziele zu erreichen.

Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Unterricht
  • Strukturierte, verständliche und praxisorientierte Vermittlung der prüfungsrelevanten Inhalte gemäß IHK-Rahmenplan
  • Betreuung und Motivation der Teilnehmenden während des gesamten Kursverlaufs
  • Unterstützung bei der schriftlichen und mündlichen Prüfungsvorbereitung, insbesondere bei Übungsaufgaben und Fallstudien
  • Didaktische Aufbereitung und individuelle Anpassung von Lehrmaterialien sowie Erstellung zusätzlicher Unterlagen

Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (mind. DQR-/EQR-Niveau 6)
  • Idealerweise IHK-Abschluss oder Aus- und Weiterbildungserfahrung auf IHK-Niveau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im prüfungsrelevanten Handlungsbereich
  • Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung
  • Nachweislich pädagogische Eignung z.B. durch die Ausbildereignungsprüfung (AEVO), ein pädagogisches Zusatzstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Erweiterte Erfahrungen in der Erwachsenenbildung oder als Dozent
  • Freude am Unterrichten, didaktisches Geschick und ein souveränes Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Durchführung von Online-Unterricht via Microsoft Teams
