At Grange, relationships come first. We are proud of our nurturing approach and our commitment to ensuring every child feels safe, valued and able to thrive. We are particularly interested in applicants who have experience of, or an interest in, Nurture Principles, Emotion Coaching, attachment-aware approaches and supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs. However, training and professional development will be provided for the right candidate.

In return, we offer:

  1. Wonderful children who are eager to learn and proud of their school.
  2. A genuinely supportive and welcoming staff team.
  3. A strong commitment to staff wellbeing and work-life balance.
  4. High-quality professional development opportunities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
