Job Description

Growth Operations

AUDIT SOLUTION DELIVERY

Role purpose

Growth Operations is the strategic operating partner to the National Managing Partner, Audit & Assurance Growth and the Audit Sales Leader. Reporting to the Head of Operations, Integration and Transformation within Audit Solution Delivery, the role serves as the connection point between Audit & Assurance growth strategy and execution, ensuring growth priorities are translated into actionable plans, adopted across the practice and measured against intended outcomes.

The role drives execution discipline across the Audit & Assurance growth agenda by providing visibility into strategic pursuits, pipeline performance, market opportunities, campaign effectiveness and growth commitments. It helps leaders identify opportunities, remove barriers to execution and maintain accountability for growth priorities.

The role is strategic in perspective and operational in execution.

The role does not own client relationships, market strategy, pursuit decisions, revenue targets, proposal development, pricing decisions, account management or business development activities. It owns the information, governance, adoption, accountability and business processes that support growth execution.

Role mandate

  • Translate Audit & Assurance growth priorities into actionable plans, measurable outcomes and ongoing execution discipline.
  • Facilitate annual growth strategy development and execution against evolving market conditions and business priorities.
  • Design, maintain and continuously improve the operating model that supports growth leadership, governance and decision making.
  • Drive adoption and accountability for growth programs, campaigns and business development initiatives across the practice.
  • Maintain visibility into strategic pursuits, pipeline performance, growth commitments and market opportunities.
  • Facilitate growth governance processes and pursuit reviews that support proactive decision making and successful execution.
  • Deliver reporting, analysis and business insight that enable leaders to evaluate performance, prioritize investments and remove barriers to growth.
  • Coordinate targeting programs, market development initiatives and cross-functional growth activities in partnership with marketing, sales and business leaders.
  • Identify execution risks, adoption challenges and operational inefficiencies and recommend actions that improve growth performance.

How success will be measured

  • Growth priorities remain visible, actively managed and on track throughout the year.
  • Strategic pursuits, pipeline performance and growth commitments are consistently reviewed through established leadership forums.
  • Growth programs and campaigns achieve defined adoption, activation and performance objectives.
  • Leadership has timely access to the information, analysis and recommendations needed to make proactive growth decisions.
  • Pipeline creation, pipeline conversion, win rates and market development activities are monitored against defined targets and trends.
  • Growth commitments made in leadership forums are tracked, assigned and advanced to completion.
  • Reporting and growth insights are delivered on a consistent cadence without leadership needing to request them.
  • Leaders view the role as a trusted advisor and operational partner for driving growth execution.

Core responsibilities 1. Growth strategy and execution

  • Serve as the operational partner to the National Managing Partner, Audit & Assurance Growth and the Audit Sales Leader, helping translate growth strategy into execution.
  • Facilitate growth strategy planning, execution reviews and leadership operating rhythms.
  • Maintain visibility into strategic growth priorities, leadership commitments, key milestones and follow-through actions.
  • Support execution of practice-wide growth initiatives and business development priorities.
  • Ensure growth priorities are translated into clear plans, ownership structures and measurable outcomes.

2. Pipeline, pursuits and market intelligence

  • Maintain visibility into strategic pursuits, opportunity pipelines and market development activities.
  • Facilitate pursuit governance processes and strategic pursuit reviews.
  • Monitor growth performance indicators, conversion trends and progress against growth objectives.
  • Coordinate growth reporting, opportunity tracking and leadership dashboards.
  • Develop analyses and insights that support pursuit prioritization, market opportunities and growth decision making.

3. Growth programs and business development enablement

  • Drive adoption and execution of growth programs across the practice.
  • Coordinate targeting campaigns across public, private, private equity and other strategic market segments.
  • Support pipeline creation, cross-sell, whitespace, expansion, retention and business development initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing, sales and business leaders to align campaign activity and growth priorities.
  • Measure program effectiveness and recommend actions to improve participation, adoption and business outcomes.

4. Growth operating rhythm and decision support

  • Design and maintain growth governance processes, operating forums and accountability mechanisms.
  • Ensure growth commitments, actions and decisions are visible, tracked and advanced to completion.
  • Provide leadership with reporting, analytics and decision-support materials that enable proactive management of the growth agenda.
  • Promote consistency in growth planning, reporting and execution across the practice.
  • Identify execution risks, adoption barriers and performance challenges and recommend practical solutions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
