Wat doet een Business Analyst bij Grant Thornton?

Binnen Technology Solutions help je klanten hun financiële en operationele processen te vertalen naar een Odoo-omgeving die werkt – vandaag én morgen.

Je:

  • analyseert de as is-processen (GL/AP/AR, btw, rapportering, purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, projectcosting) en tekent de to be uit in Odoo.
  • configureert modules zoals Accounting, Invoicing, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Projects en Timesheets (Consolidation is een pluspunt).
  • coördineert fit-gap analyses, datamigratie, testing, UAT en go-live.
  • zorgt voor change management via training, documentatie en begeleiding van key users.
  • werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, developpers en klantenteams om scope, kwaliteit en adoptie te bewaken.

Met jouw scherpe inzicht in finance en processen ben je de verbindende schakel tussen business en technologie.

Ben jij de Business Analyst Odoo die we zoeken?

Je combineert een financiële achtergrond met een passie voor technologie. Analytisch, gestructureerd en klantgericht – dat typeert jou.

  • Master of bachelor in TEW, Handelsingenieur, Handelswetenschappen of Accountancy-Fiscaliteit (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • 5 tot 7 jaar ervaring als ERP/Odoo-consultant, met affiniteit voor finance en controlling; ervaring in accounting is een plus.
  • Grondige kennis van BE GAAP, btw-stromen en afsluitprocessen.
  • Hands-on ervaring met Excel of Power Query; basis BI-kennis (Power BI) is een troef.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en professioneel Engels; Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Bereidheid tot klantbezoeken in Vlaanderen (gemiddeld 1 à 2 dagen per week).

Extra troeven

  • Odoo Functional Certification.
  • Ervaring met Intercompany, Consolidation, Stock of Manufacturing.
  • Kennis van datamigratie uit legacy-systemen (Exact, Sage, BC/NAV, WinBooks, Silverfin).
  • Inzicht in projectmethodologie (Agile/Scrum, Jira/Azure DevOps) en BPMN.
