The posting

Relevant de la direction des ventes, cette personne est responsable de la gestion et de la conversion des demandes de petits groupes corporatifs (15 chambres et moins) pour l’ensemble des propriétés Gray Collection. Elle assure également le développement et la gestion du segment Entertainment (productions, tournages, artistes, festivals, événements, agences et comptes connexes). Le profil recherché se distingue par son organisation, sa réactivité, sa rigueur et son orientation résultats, ainsi que par de solides compétences en développement des affaires, en gestion de relations et en collaboration interne.

Responsabilités principales:

Gérer et convertir les demandes de groupes (≤15 chambres). Développer et faire croître le segment Entertainment. Préparer propositions, contrats et offres tarifaires dans les délais. Négocier tarifs et conditions selon les stratégies de revenus. Collaborer étroitement avec Revenue Management. Assurer la coordination avec les équipes internes (Opérations, Réservations, Finance, etc.). Effectuer des visites clients au besoin. Maintenir à jour les activités et opportunités dans les systèmes. Identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires. Contribuer à la stratégie de ventes et au partage d’informations marché. Assurer des communications conformes aux standards Gray Collection.

Qualifications:

Expérience en ventes hôtelières / groupes / corporatif / événementiel / Entertainment. Bonne connaissance des opérations hôtelières et de la gestion de groupes. Expérience avec le secteur Entertainment (atout). Excellentes aptitudes en communication, négociation et organisation. Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités. Maîtrise des outils CRM et Microsoft Office. Bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis.
