Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients with orthopedic conditions to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for outpatient orthopedic cases
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to optimize outcomes
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory standards and clinic policies
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
  • Maintain a predictable Monday through Friday schedule with a mix of early and late shifts

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred but not required
  • New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
