Physical Therapist - Orthopedic Outpatient | Chester County, PA | Competitive Salary + Sign-On Bonus

Join our established healthcare team as a Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic outpatient care in the beautiful Chester County suburbs near Thorndale, Pennsylvania. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PT to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients with orthopedic conditions to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for outpatient orthopedic patients
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to maximize functional outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
  • Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain professional competency through continuing education and professional development opportunities
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Orthopedic physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting
  • Board certification or specialty certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy
  • Experience with manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription
  • New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive mentorship

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary: $81,000 - $126,000 (up to $60.69/hour based on experience)
