Til restauranten på Great Northern søger vi en sommelier eller erfaren vintjener, der vil være med til at udvikle vores vinoplevelse og samtidig være en aktiv del af den daglige restaurantservice.

Vi arbejder med høj kvalitet i et uformelt miljø, hvor gastronomi, vin og personligt værtskab skal hænge naturligt sammen.

Rollen

Du bliver en del af vores Front of House-team med et særligt fagligt ansvar og interesse for vin.

Du kommer blandt andet til at:

  • rådgive gæster om vin og andre drikkevarer
  • arbejde aktivt i den daglige restaurantservice
  • bidrage til udviklingen af vinkort og vin på glas
  • samarbejde med køkkenet omkring menu og vin
  • dele din viden og udvikle vinfagligheden i teamet
  • bidrage til den samlede gæsteoplevelse.

Du kan være uddannet sommelier, faglært tjener med stærk vininteresse eller have opbygget din faglighed gennem praktisk erfaring.

Det afgørende er ikke titlen, men at du kan vin, kan restaurant og kan mennesker.

Værtskabet

For os kommer gæsten før produktet.

Du skal kunne bruge din vinfaglighed forskelligt fra bord til bord. Nogle gæster ønsker fordybelse, mens andre blot ønsker en sikker anbefaling.

Gæsten skal føle sig godt vejledt – aldrig belært.
