Deine Aufgaben

Als (Senior) M&A Manager übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau, der Weiterentwicklung und der Monetarisierung unseres BESS-Portfolios. Du verantwortest und steuerst die Akquisition sowie die Vermarktung und Veräußerung von BESS-Projekten und -Portfolios. Dabei begleitest du Transaktionen auf der Buy- und Sell-Side über den gesamten Prozess – von der Initiierung über Due Diligence, Financial Modelling und Transaktionsstrukturierung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Je nach Erfahrung steuerst du Transaktionen in enger Abstimmung mit einem erfahrenen Mitglied des M&A-Teams oder übernimmst diese direkt eigenverantwortlich.

  • Leitung von Buy- und Sell-Side-Transaktionen im Bereich BESS – von der Initiierung über die Due Diligence und Verhandlung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten
  • Mitwirkung bei Hold-/Build-vs.-Sell-Entscheidungen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vermarktungsstrategien
  • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für Management und Investment Committee
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks zu Projektentwicklern, Investoren, Energieunternehmen, IPPs und weiteren relevanten Marktteilnehmern

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory oder Projektentwicklung mit Bezug zu BESS.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Financial Modelling und Valuation
  • Tiefes Marktverständnis im Bereich Energie und/oder Projektentwicklung, idealerweise mit bestehendem Netzwerk
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
