Die GREENPEAK Management GmbH ist eine vollregulierte Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft (KVG) nach dem Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch (KAGB) und unterliegt der Aufsicht der BaFin. Wir strukturieren und verwalten Private-Equity-Fonds (AIF/Spezial-AIF) für professionelle und semiprofessionelle Anleger.

Nachhaltigkeit ist fester Bestandteil unseres Investmentansatzes – alle von uns verwalteten Fonds sind nach Artikel 8 der Offenlegungsverordnung (SFDR) klassifiziert.

Als ESG Specialist – Reporting & Policy (m/w/d) verantworten Sie eigenständig die fonds- und produktbezogenen ESG-Reportingpflichten unserer Greenpeak-Fonds. Sie sind im Bereich Fund Finance angesiedelt, berichten an den Head of Fund Finance und arbeiten eng mit dem ESG Officer, dem ESG Manager der GREENPEAK Services GmbH, dem Fund Finance-Team sowie den Wirtschaftsprüfern zusammen.

Der Schwerpunkt liegt klar auf den Reportingpflichten der Greenpeak-Fonds (Produktebene).

Reporting (Schwerpunkt)

  • Erstellung der periodischen SFDR-Offenlegungen (Artikel 11 SFDR i. V. m. RTS-Anhang IV für Artikel-8-Produkte) als Anhang zu den Jahresberichten (KARBV) unserer Fonds – erstmals zum Stichtag 31.12.2026
  • Erstellung sowie Validierung des EDCI-Reportings auf Fonds- und Portfolioebene (u. a. THG-Emissionen Scope 1–3, Board Diversity, Mitarbeiterfluktuation, Arbeitssicherheit)
  • Vorbereitung und Einreichung des jährlichen PRI-Reportings (Signatory-Reporting) sowie etwaiger weiterer internationaler Standard-Berichte
  • Fondsbezogenes ESG-Reporting für unsere Investoren (LP-Reports, ESG-DDQs, individuelle Anfragen, Side-Letter-Anforderungen)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern

Datenerhebung bei Portfoliounternehmen

  • Koordination und Begleitung der jährlichen ESG-Datenerhebung bei unseren Portfoliounternehmen – von der Fragebogengestaltung über die Qualitätssicherung bis zur Nachverfolgung
  • Aufbau und Pflege effizienter, prüfungsfester Datenerhebungs- und Reportingprozesse
  • Unterstützung der ESG-Compliance bei Exits

Policy & Governance

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Responsible-Investment- bzw. ESG-Policy sowie der internen ESG-KPIs und Reporting-Standards in Zusammenarbeit mit dem ESG Officer und dem ESG Manager der GREENPEAK Services
  • Beobachtung regulatorischer Entwicklungen (SFDR, EU-Taxonomie) und Übersetzung in interne Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung der ESG-Governance auf Plattformebene )
  • Unterstützung bei Offenlegungen auf Unternehmens-/Plattformebene (Artikel-3/5-Website-Angaben, entity-PAI nach Artikel 4, eine etwaige CSRD-Berichterstattung der KVG)

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Finance, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Nachhaltigkeit, Umweltmanagement o. ä.)
  • ca. 3-4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung; Sie verantworten das ESG-Reporting eigenständig
  • Fundiertes Verständnis der SFDR – insbesondere der Artikel-8-Produktoffenlegungen – und der EU-Taxonomie
  • Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld einer KVG bzw. im AIFMD-/KAGB-Kontext (inkl. der Verzahnung mit KARBV-Jahresberichten) vorteilhaft – kein reines Corporate-Sustainability-Profil
  • Ausgeprägte Reporting- und Datenkompetenz, sehr sicher in Excel
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und termintreue Arbeitsweise (Reporting-Deadlines)
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Portfoliounternehmen und Investoren
  • Eigenständigkeit und Pragmatismus – Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für das ESG-Reporting von A bis Z

Wünschenswert

  • Hintergrund aus Private Equity/Asset Management, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Fund-/Financial Reporting oder ESG-Beratung mit Finanzbezug
  • Erfahrung mit ESG-Datentools (z. B. Novata, Position Green, Worldfavor)
  • Praktische Kenntnis von EDCI und PRI-Reporting
