  • Recepcionar visitantes, clientes e parceiros, presencialmente e por telefone.
  • Fazer triagem e direcionamento de ligações, e-mails e mensagens.
  • Organizar agenda de salas, reuniões e atendimentos.
  • Controlar entrada e saída de visitantes e prestadores de serviço.
  • Dar suporte administrativo simples (documentos, correios, cadastros).
  • Manter a recepção organizada, acolhedora e funcional.
  • Apoiar outras áreas em demandas pontuais de atendimento.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em recepção, atendimento ao cliente ou áreas similares.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita em português.
  • Organização, pontualidade e postura profissional.
  • Conhecimento básico de informática (e-mail, agenda, planilhas simples).
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em regime presencial.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em recepção corporativa, clínica, hotelaria ou escritório.
  • Noções de atendimento via WhatsApp, chat ou CRM.
  • Conhecimento básico de inglês ou outro idioma.
  • Facilidade em lidar com alto fluxo de pessoas e múltiplas demandas.
  • Interesse em crescer na área administrativa ou de atendimento.

Horário de Trabalho: 08hs às 18hs (com 1h almoço).

Localização: Belvedere/BH

- VT (de acordo com a tarifa de transporte da candidata); - VR (R$ 24,00 por dia).
