Für die Buchhaltung unserer Servicefirma WindNOW! benötigen wir DEINE Expertise für:

  • die vollumfängliche Bearbeitung aller Vorgänge im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung des Unternehmens (Neben-, Sach- und Anlagenbuchhaltung)
  • die Vorbereitung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • die Erstellung der monatlichen Liquidationsplanung
  • die Abstimmung und Klärung der Konten, inkl. IC-Konten und OPOS-Listen
  • die Vertrags- und Rechnungserstellung inklusive Mahnwesen
  • die selbständige Erstellung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung
  • die Erstellung des Monatsabschlusses inkl. aller Abgrenzungsthemen unter Einhaltung gruppenweiter Vorgaben
  • die Zuarbeit zum Jahresabschluss
  • die Verwaltung der Belege der Schwedischen SE sowie als Schnittstelle zur Schwedischen Steuerberatung
  • die Verantwortung der Verrechnungspreisdokumentation
  • die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den Abteilungsleitungen, dem Controlling sowie den anderen Gesellschaften innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
  • die Unterstützung bei Projekten und steuerlichen Themen
  • die Kommunikation mit Steuerberatung, Banken, Dienstleistern und Ämter mit dir als Ansprechperson
  • allgemeine buchhalterische Verwaltungsaufgaben

Frühester Start wird der 01.12.2026 sein.

Dein Profil

Folgende Dinge sollten auf dich zutreffen:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung zum:zur Steuerfachangestellten mit idealerweise Weiterbildung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung oder vergleichbares Studium
  • mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung als Alleinbuchhalter:in wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung und in allen umsatzsteuerlichen Sachverhalten
  • routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und der Buchhaltungssoftware DATEV wird vorausgesetzt
  • ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • sehr selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
  • Schwedischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Dein Wohnort sollte sich im folgenden Einzugsgebiet oder in der Nähe befinden: Nordhorn, Lohne-Wietmarschen, Lingen, Emsbüren, Schüttorf, Meppen, Rheine, Bad-Bentheim, Salzbergen, Spelle, Ibbenbüren Osnabrück
