Ziel der Stelle:

Ziel der Stelle ist die sichere, rechtskonforme und effiziente Organisation aller elektrotechnischen Prozesse im Unternehmen. Als verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft stellst du sicher, dass elektrische Anlagen und Betriebsmittel den geltenden Normen, gesetzlichen Vorgaben und unternehmensinternen Richtlinien entsprechen. Du übernimmst die Fachverantwortung für den elektrotechnischen Bereich, gewährleistet einen ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb, minimiert Risiken und sorgt durch fachliche Anleitung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der elektrotechnischen Sicherheitsstandards für einen sicheren Arbeitsablauf im gesamten Unternehmen.

Hierfür brauchen wir deine Expertise:

  • Übernahme der fachlichen Verantwortung für den elektrotechnischen Betrieb gemäß DIN VDE 1000-10
  • Organisation und Überwachung des sicheren Betriebs elektrischer Anlagen und Betriebsmittel
  • Erstellung und Pflege von elektrotechnischen Betriebsanweisungen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption sicherer Arbeitsabläufe für externe Dienstleister
  • Fachliche Weisungsbefugnis gegenüber Elektrofachkräften und elektrotechnisch unterwiesenen Personen (EuP)
  • Prüfung und Freigabe elektrotechnischer Arbeitsverfahren
  • Sicherstellung von Prüfungen nach DGUV Vorschrift 3
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung elektrotechnischer Normen und Vorschriften (z. B. DIN VDE, DGUV V3, BetrSichV)
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung elektrotechnischer Projekte
  • Schulung und Unterweisung des elektrotechnischen Personals
  • Regelmäßige Begehungen elektrotechnischer Betriebsbereiche, Anlagen und Arbeitsplätze, sowie Begleitung und Kontrolle elektrotechnischer Tätigkeiten zur Kontrolle der Einhaltung sicherheitstechnischer und rechtlicher Anforderungen.
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Umspannwerke und Automatisierung

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik mit Weiterbildung zur Meister/in, Techniker/in oder Ingenieur/in
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im elektrotechnischen Bereich (vorzugsweise im operativen Bereich in der Energieversorgung)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Vorschriften (z. B. DIN VDE, BetrSichV, ArbSchG, DGUV Vorschriften)
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • solide Sprachkenntnisse in deutscher Sprache (mindestens C2) und gute Sprachkenntnisse in englischer Sprache (mind. B2)
  • Führerschein Klasse B, Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen / Standortbegehungen
  • Zusatzqualifikation als Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) gemäß DIN VDE 1000-10 und das Vorhandensein einer Schaltberechtigung sind von Vorteil
