Role Purpose
To support the delivery of People & Culture operations across the employee lifecycle, providing guidance to employees and managers while ensuring effective HR administration, policy implementation, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of people processes. Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate onboarding, probation, employee changes, employment documentation, offboarding, and exit formalities.
- Employee & Manager Advisory: Provide guidance on HR policies, attendance, leave, performance processes, and routine employee matters, escalating complex or sensitive cases where required.
- HR Operations & Payroll: Maintain employee records in HR systems, coordinate payroll inputs, manage attendance and roster administration, and ensure timely and accurate HR transactions.
- Policies & Compliance: Support the review and implementation of HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, and employment documentation in line with company requirements and applicable employment legislation.
- Performance & Employee Experience: Coordinate probation and performance management processes and support employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication initiatives.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and validate workforce reports, headcount data, employee movements, turnover, attendance metrics, and other people-related reporting.
- Projects & Process Improvement: Support organisational integration, policy harmonisation, workforce mapping, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with regional and global P&C teams, Payroll, Finance, IT, Administration, and business managers to deliver effective People & Culture services.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, payroll coordination, employee relations, and employment compliance.
- Strong communication, organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
