Wir suchen ehrgeizige Talente, die Lust auf echten Vertrieb haben! Als Werkstudent (all genders) im B2B Sales für unser Team in Köln startest du vom Studium direkt in die Praxis. Du telefonierst aktiv mit Unternehmen, überzeugst Menschen, erkennst echte Geschäftschancen und vereinbarst wertvolle Termine für unseren Außendienst. Bei uns erzielst du konkrete Ergebnisse, auf die du stolz sein kannst, und bringst deine eigene Karriere voran. Vielleicht fühlst DU dich ja gerade angesprochen?

Deine Mission

  • Als erster Kontaktpunkt für unsere potenziellen Neukunden repräsentierst du Greven Medien am Telefon und hinterlässt direkt einen positiven Eindruck
  • In strukturierten Qualifizierungsgesprächen identifizierst du echte Verkaufschancen und weckst gezielt das Interesse an unseren Produkten
  • Dabei vereinbarst du verbindliche Beratungstermine für unseren Außendienst und sorgst für einen reibungslosen, professionellen Übergang in den weiteren Sales-Prozess
  • Mit deiner Vorarbeit bist du der Motor für unseren gemeinsamen Vertriebserfolg und bereitest als enger Partner des Außendienstes den perfekten Verkaufsabschluss vor

Dein Profil

  • Vertriebserfahrung ist keine Voraussetzung – Motivation und Lernbereitschaft sind uns viel wichtiger! Mit Leitfäden, Training und Feedback unterstützen wir dich aktiv dabei, dich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du bist aktuell immatrikuliert und hast idealerweise noch zwei oder mehr Semester vor dir
  • Spaß am Telefonieren, ein überzeugendes Auftreten, und Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau zeichnen dich aus
  • Eine eigenständige, zuverlässige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich und auch nach einem „Nein“ am Telefon bleibst du stets, professionell
