1. Missão do cargo

Garantir o funcionamento, a sustentação e a evolução do ERP Sankhya, assegurando a disponibilidade, a confiabilidade e a integridade das informações. Atuar no levantamento de necessidades das áreas de negócio, na configuração e parametrização do sistema, na análise e resolução de incidentes e na implementação de melhorias que contribuam para a eficiência operacional e a otimização dos processos organizacionais.

2. Principais responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Administrar e sustentar o ERP Sankhya, garantindo seu funcionamento adequado e a utilização eficiente dos recursos disponíveis.
  • Realizar parametrizações, configurações e ajustes nos módulos do sistema, conforme as necessidades do negócio.
  • Prestar suporte técnico e funcional aos usuários, identificando causas de falhas, analisando inconsistências e orientando sobre a utilização correta do ERP.
  • Atuar na identificação, análise e correção de erros, incidentes e divergências nas informações processadas pelo sistema.
  • Mapear, documentar e analisar processos de negócio, propondo melhorias e oportunidades de automação.
  • Realizar levantamento de requisitos junto às áreas usuárias, traduzindo necessidades operacionais em soluções sistêmicas.
  • Acompanhar atualizações, novas versões, correções e melhorias do ERP, avaliando impactos e apoiando os testes necessários.
  • Desenvolver e executar testes funcionais e de homologação, assegurando a qualidade das alterações implementadas.
  • Elaborar e manter atualizada a documentação técnica e funcional, incluindo procedimentos, parametrizações e manuais de utilização.
  • Atuar na integração do ERP com outros sistemas e plataformas, acompanhando fluxos de dados e identificando possíveis inconsistências.
  • Elaborar consultas, relatórios e análises de dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão das áreas de negócio.
  • Acompanhar chamados e demandas relacionadas ao ERP, priorizando atendimentos conforme criticidade e impacto operacional.
  • Interagir com fornecedores, consultorias e suporte técnico da Sankhya para resolução de problemas e implementação de melhorias.
  • Apoiar treinamentos e orientações aos usuários, incentivando as boas práticas de utilização do sistema.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das políticas de segurança, controle de acesso e integridade das informações.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, buscando maior produtividade, padronização e eficiência dos processos empresariais.

3. Requisitos e qualificações

Escolaridade

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Administração, Gestão de TI ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência profissional

  • Experiência com administração, sustentação ou implantação do ERP Sankhya.
  • Vivência com suporte funcional, parametrizações e análise de processos de negócio.
  • Experiência no atendimento a usuários e na resolução de incidentes sistêmicos.

Conhecimentos técnicos

  • Conhecimento funcional e operacional do ERP Sankhya.
  • Conhecimento em banco de dados SQL e elaboração de consultas.
  • Noções de integrações entre sistemas, APIs e troca de dados.
  • Conhecimento em análise de requisitos, testes funcionais e homologação.
  • Conhecimento em documentação de processos e elaboração de relatórios.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de chamados e acompanhamento de demandas.
