* Objetivo do trabalho: O Coordenador de Inteligência de Mercado será responsável por analisar e interpretar dados de mercado para suportar a tomada de decisões estratégicas da empresa. O trabalho envolve desenvolver e implementar estratégias que aprimorem a compreensão do mercado e das necessidades dos clientes, visando melhorar o atendimento e a competitividade da Garrafaria.

* Responsabilidades:

- Realiza pesquisas de mercado para identificar tendências, oportunidades e necessidades dos clientes, com objetivo de orientar a estratégia de negócios.

- Analisa dados de vendas e informações de concorrentes para propor melhorias no portfólio de produtos e serviços.

- Colabora com equipes de marketing e vendas para desenvolver campanhas baseadas em insights de mercado, assegurando que as estratégias reflitam as expectativas dos clientes.

- Supervisiona uma equipe de analistas, oferecendo orientação em pesquisas de mercado e assegurando a qualidade das análises realizadas.

- Garante que as informações coletadas sejam apresentadas em relatórios claros e acessíveis para a tomada de decisão.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento avançado em análises de mercado e concorrência, com capacidade para interpretar dados complexos e transformá-los em informações de fácil compreensão.

- Habilidade em comunicação eficaz, tanto escrita quanto verbal, para interagir com diferentes áreas da empresa e apresentar resultados.

- Capacidade de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal para atuar com clientes e parceiros.

- Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise de dados e softwares específicos do setor é desejável.

* Qualificações educacionais: É desejável formação superior em Administração, Marketing, Economia ou áreas relacionadas.

* Experiências profissionais: Mínimo de cinco anos de experiência em análise de mercado ou áreas correlatas, preferencialmente em empresas do setor de alimentos e bebidas. Experiência em gestão de equipe será um diferencial.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático de metodologias de pesquisa de mercado, com familiaridade com técnicas de coleta de dados e análise estatística. Habilidade em trabalhar com ferramentas de análise de dados e relatórios, além de percepção crítica sobre tendências de mercado e comportamento do consumidor.
