  • Do you thrive in the fast-paced action of live tournaments, solving technical and competitive issues on the fly?
  • Are you a natural problem-solver who can seamlessly bridge the gap between professional teams, broadcast talent, and tournament operations?
  • Do you have a deep passion for esports and want to be the unsung hero who ensures every match is fair, flawless, and unforgettable?

If the answers to the above questions are yes, then this role could be ideal for you!

About the role

As a Match Administrator in GRID’s Production Services team, you will play a key role in delivering smooth, reliable, and professionally run esports tournaments. You will be part of the operational backbone behind GRID-owned and operated events, helping ensure that matches are set up, monitored, documented, and executed to a high standard.

You will work closely with teams, tournament stakeholders, talent, and internal production teams, acting as a trusted point of contact during live competition. When issues arise, you will help coordinate clear communication, support timely resolutions, and keep the tournament experience consistent for everyone involved.

This role is well-suited to someone who understands the pace and pressure of live esports environments, especially CS2 tournaments, and can stay focused while balancing operational details with real-time decision-making. Strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise during busy tournament periods will be essential.

You will also contribute to scheduling, documentation, and event coordination, supporting the continued growth of GRID’s tournament operations as the event workload expands.

What you will do

  • Day-to-day administration of GRID-owned and operated tournaments
  • Team-facing representative of CCT (specifically the PS / Production-Services-owned CCT Events)
  • Administrating the live games of GRID owned and operated tournaments
  • Documentation, scheduling and event coordination

Your skills will include

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a live operations environment
  • Clear and professional written communication
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers and operational documentation
  • Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under time pressure
  • Good stakeholder coordination skills across teams, admins and external partners
  • Basic understanding of esports tournament structures and live event operations
  • Willingness to work flexibly around tournament schedules, including evenings or weekends where required
  • Understanding tournament tools, game servers, and match administration setups

Nice to have

  • Knowledge about the esports scene with a focus on CS
  • Experience of running tournaments/matches in esports titles, preferably CS
  • Tech knowledge of CS2 servers, tools such as eBot, TS3, and how to work with CS2 servers and tools such as FACEIT from organizer perspective
  • Experience with delivering GRID, HLTV or other data from CS2 matches
  • Basic knowledge of how Production works in esports.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
