  • Operational documentation, KPIs and trackers remain complete, accurate, accessible and up to date.
  • Risks and dependencies are identified early and resolved or escalated before they impact delivery.
  • Live tournaments and operational handovers are delivered effectively, with issues resolved quickly and stakeholders kept aligned.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in tournament operations, esports, event operations, project coordination or a similar delivery-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of tournament planning, competitive structures and live event operations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
