Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Position - Griswold Home Care for Chapel Hill & Durham.

Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate individuals to join our new team as a part-time to full-time Caregiver in the Chapel Hill (Pittsboro) area. If you're passionate about helping others and willing to work flexible hours, we’d love to hear from you!

Compensation: Up to $16/hour!!

Your Life as a Caregiver:

  • Flexible Hours:
  • Day and night shifts available, with shifts ranging from 4 hours to 24 hours.
  • Key Responsibilities: laundry grocery shopping meal prep personal hygiene. companionship dementia or cognitive impairments. Maintain dignity and respect for each client. Proper Shift documentation
  • The Rewarding Part: Help seniors maintain independence in their own homes. Foster meaningful relationships and improve the quality of life for your clients.

What We Need From You:

  • Reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • 2+ years of home care experience (preferred but not required)
  • CNA certification is a plus
