The posting

  • Vous êtes, en tant que gestionnaire de projets, la personne centrale des chantiers de rénovation, de restauration et de nouvelles constructions que nous avons en commande.
  • Vous gérez votre chantier de A à Z et vous êtes donc responsable pour l’exécution de celui-ci dans tous ses aspects.
  • Vous réalisez l’étude et la préparation du dossier en exécution ainsi que l’organisation pratique de votre chantier d’un point de vue technique ainsi qu'administratif. Pour cela vous faites appel à nos conducteurs et/ou chefs d’équipe.
  • Vous consultez également les fournisseurs et sous-traitants et vous menez à bien les négociations avec vos futurs partenaires. La décision finale pour les commandes critiques sera prise en concertation avec la direction.
  • Vous livrez – selon un planning réel – un rendement correct du chantier et vous gérez aussi la qualité des travaux réalisés tant par le personnel propre que par les sous-traitants.
  • Vous gardez à l’oeil la sécurité sur vos chantiers.
  • Vous travaillez en étroite coopération avec l’équipe de construction, notre personnel, fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
  • Votre zone d'activité se situe dans la région Bruxelles.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur et vous possédez cinq années d’expérience professionnelle dans la construction.
  • Vous êtes une personne motivée et ouverte, flexible et persévéante.
  • Vous avez un esprit rigoureux, pro-actif, avec le souci du détail et le sens de l’analyse.
  • Vous disposez de capacités d’organisation et de direction suffisantes pour mener à bien des projets qui varient entre 300.000,- € et 5 millions d’euro.
