The posting

Omwille van onze continue groei zijn wij steeds op zoek naar ervaren projectleiders om onze verschillende teams te versterken.

Als projectleider krijg je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over één of meerdere werven. Dit kan renovatie, restauratie, complexe nieuwbouw, of de combinatie van alle drie inhouden.

De werven situeren zich over gans Vlaanderen, maar worden onderverdeeld in verschillende regio’s. Op die manier worden werven steeds in functie van jouw woonplaats verdeeld.

Jouw functie

  • Je bereidt de dossiers voor en maakt hierbij de planning en de strategie op.
  • Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de aankoop en het contacteren en vastleggen van de geschikte onderaannemers.
  • Samen met de werfleider leid je de werfvergaderingen.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging en de nacalculatie van jouw werven.
  • Je staat in voor het aansturen en coachen van de ploegbazen, werfleiders en onderaannemers.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van de kwaliteit en de veiligheid op jouw werven.
  • Je beschikt over het diploma Burgerlijk ingenieur of Master in de Bouwkunde.
  • Je kan reeds terugkijken op enkele jaren relevante werkervaring. Ervaring in restauratie/renovatie is zeker geen must.
  • Je bent down-to-earth en kan goed met mensen overweg.
  • Je hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid en bent een geboren organisator. Daarnaast bent je ook een gemotiveerde en enthousiaste teamspeler.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig maar spreekt ook een mondje Frans.
