Coordinate Marketing Strategy, Analytics, Data Architecture, Engineering, Creative, Legal, Brand and external partners. Translate business priorities into executable plans and measurable outcomes through influence rather than direct authority. This is not a hands-on CRM developer or marketing strategy role.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead multiple concurrent cross-functional MarTech and CRM initiatives, aligning owners, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
  • Build integrated plans, governance, intake and approval workflows, risk logs, quality checkpoints and executive reporting.

  • Facilitate discussions on APIs, ETL/data pipelines, integrations, system outages and technical delivery constraints.
  • Coordinate Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, customer data platforms, digital asset management and agency/vendor initiatives.
  • Resolve blockers and competing priorities; influence stakeholder accountability constructively without direct authority.
  • Prepare executive presentations and decision recommendations for Directors, AVPs, VPs and SVPs.
  • Use Asana, Jira, Smartsheet or comparable platforms to manage simultaneous program timelines and risks.

Secondary Functions:

  • Support phased AI-enabled marketing tool implementations, including MVP definition, testing, rollout and adoption.
  • Improve operational workflows to increase speed to market, scalability and accuracy.

  • Experience across multiple simultaneous business and technical workstreams, with exposure to marketing, MarTech, CRM, lifecycle marketing or related transformation.

  • Large-enterprise or similarly complex stakeholder environment; B2C customer engagement and multi-level approval processes.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, CDPs, digital asset management, integrations or AI-enabled marketing programs; hands-on development not required.

  • Executive communication, presentation development, facilitation and comfort navigating ambiguity.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
