Unser Erfolgstool: verschiedenste Charaktere und ein gemeinsames Ziel in einem tollen internationalen Team. Komm auch du als "Account Executive (m/w/d)" für die Shore GmbH in die group.one.

Deine Aufgaben

Inbound kommt über SEA, Social Media und Partnerschaften rein. Heißt: Du hast eine solide Basis. Aber du generierst auch aktiv deine Pipeline – Outbound bei Neukunden und Bestandskunden gehört fest dazu. Kein stundenlanges Blindfischen, sondern strategisches Vorgehen mit den richtigen Tools. Folgende Aufgaben werden von dir übernommen:

  • Inbound-Leads qualifizieren und closen
  • Aktiv Outbound-Sales betreiben – bei Neukunden und Bestandskunden
  • Demos durchführen, die überzeugen (nicht nur Folien durchklicken)
  • Shore Pay als Payment-Lösung positionieren und verkaufen
  • ARR steigern, Conversion optimieren, Payment-KPIs knacken
  • Mit dem Head of Sales arbeiten und dich weiterentwickeln

Stellenanforderungen

  • Du kannst verkaufen. Ob Junior mit Hunger oder Senior mit Track Record – Level ist zweitrangig. Wichtig: Du weißt, wie man Gespräche führt, Deals macht und dranbleibt. Auch wenn's mal Nein heißt.
  • Du bist kein Einzelkämpfer-Typ. Erfolg feierst du gerne im Team, aber du brauchst niemanden, der dir jeden Schritt vorkaut.
  • Du hast B2B-Erfahrung. SMB oder SaaS? Super. Andere B2B-Backgrounds? Auch gut, wenn die Einstellung stimmt.
  • Du gehst proaktiv auf Kunden zu. Outbound ist für dich kein notwendiges Übel, sondern Teil des Jobs. Du baust deine Pipeline selbst mit auf.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch fließend, Englisch sehr gut
