In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen, Managed Service Providern und Dienstleistern unterstützen wir auch im Reselling und nutzen dabei unsere jahrzehntelange Erfahrung.

Unser Erfolgstool: verschiedenste Charaktere und ein gemeinsames Ziel in einem tollen internationalen Team. Komm auch du als "Werkstudent Vertragsservice (m/w/d)" mit 20 Stunden/Woche befristet bis 31.03.2026 in die group.one.

Deine Aufgaben

Als WerkstudentIn unterstützt du unser Vertragsservice-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft.

  • Du bearbeitest Kundenverträge und pflegst Stammdaten
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Korrektur von Rechnungen
  • Du wirkst bei Mahnverfahren und der Vorbereitung von Übergaben an Inkassodienstleister mit
  • Du hilfst bei der Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Kündigungen
  • Du bist gemeinsam mit dem Team AnsprechpartnerIn für unsere KundInnen (E-Mail, Telefon, Chat)

Stellenanforderungen

  • Du bist immatrikulierte:r StudentIn, idealerweise im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Du hast Interesse an kaufmännischen Prozessen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und eigenständig
  • Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Word und Excel)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
