The posting

Le réseau Froid et Services représente Thermo King, leader mondial des systèmes et groupes frigorifiques roulants.

Notre atelier assure l’installation, l’entretien et le dépannage de groupes frigorifiques sur tous types de véhicules (de l’utilitaire à la semi-remorque). Nous réalisons également des opérations des carrosserie peinture sur les caisses frigorifiques.

Notre activité est en constant développement, c’est pourquoi nous créons ce poste.

Rattaché au Chef d’atelier, vous viendrez le seconder en cas d’absence et dans certaines tâches du quotidien. Vous travaillerez également en collaboration avec notre assistante administrative.

Vos missions :

En tant que technicien frigoriste, vous assurez la maintenance et le dépannage des groupes frigorifiques.

Des astreintes sont à prévoir.

En tant que chef d’équipe :

  • Vous organisez, en accord avec le chef d’atelier, le planning et la répartition des tâches de l’atelier
  • Vous assurez le suivi des encours SAV
  • Vous rédigez les devis
  • Vous assurez un conseil technique, physique ou téléphonique, auprès des clients

Vous réalisez le suivi des stocks de pièces détachées

Vos atouts :

  • Mécanicien PL ou VL de métier, vous souhaitez donner un nouvel élan à votre carrière
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie à un poste de manager dans un secteur d’activité similaire (atelier mécanique, carrosserie, réparations SAV)
  • La satisfaction clients est au cœur de vos priorités,
  • Vous favorisez un management participatif et de proximité,
  • Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et très à l’aise avec l’outil informatique

Pour ce poste en CDI, 39h/sem, basé à Parçay Meslay (37), vous serez rémunéré selon votre expérience + tickets restaurants + mutuelle.
