Grâce à des solutions efficientes et innovantes, la Direction Celsius est spécialisée dans la production, lâapprovisionnement et la distribution de chaleur renouvelable et de gaz naturel, la société exploite à ce jour une cinquantaine de réseaux de chauffage à distance.

Mission :

  • Piloter des projets stratégiques et transversaux, de leur cadrage à leur réalisation, en assurant le respect des objectifs, délais, ressources et budgets
  • Accompagner les transformations organisationnelles et la conduite du changement, en coordonnant les différentes parties prenantes
  • Ãvaluer et concrétiser les opportunités de croissance et de développement, notamment à travers des analyses et business plans permettant de soutenir la prise de décision
  • Piloter le déploiement et lâoptimisation des outils de gestion et de pilotage, notamment lâERP et les tableaux de bord, en accompagnant les utilisateurs
  • Identifier et mettre en Åuvre des opportunités dâinnovation et dâamélioration continue afin dâoptimiser les processus, la performance et la création de valeur

Profil :

  • Formation supérieure (HEG, HES ou équivalent), complétée idéalement par une formation ou certification en gestion de projets (PMI ou équivalent)
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets stratégiques, transversaux ou de transformation, ainsi quâen coordination de multiples parties prenantes
  • Bonnes connaissances en économie et gestion dâentreprise, avec une expérience en développement dâactivités, amélioration des processus ou gestion de portefeuille de projets
  • Maîtrise des outils de pilotage et dâExcel, ainsi que de bonnes connaissances des environnements ERP, idéalement Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et bonnes connaissances de lâallemand ; lâanglais constitue un atout
