Description du poste

L’infirmière en SSPI (Salle de Surveillance Post-Interventionnelle) doit être capable de prévoir, d’organiser et de dispenser des soins ainsi que d’assurer une surveillance individualisée des patients venant de bénéficier une intervention chirurgicale sous anesthésie, quelle que soit cette anesthésie.

Cette prise en soins s'effectue sous la responsabilité du médecin anesthésiste présent en SSPI

Activités principales :

Sécurité

  • Ouverture de la salle selon la réglementation
  • Contrôle du stock des stupéfiants
  • Contrôle l'entretien et la présence des différents dispositifs présents en SSPI

Soins aux patients

  • Surveillance chirurgicale et anesthésique
  • Application des prescriptions médicales
  • Gestion de la douleur
  • Traçabilité de l'ensemble de ces éléments sur la feuille informatisée de surveillance post-interventionnelle
  • Accompagnement du patient dans son parcours et particulièrement dans la phase de réhabilitation jusqu'à sa sortie

Gestion de la pharmacie

  • Suivi de la réalisation de la commande
  • Rangement des DM et des médicaments
  • Suivi des péremptions

Formation

  • Encadrement des étudiants en soins infirmiers
  • Intégration des nouveaux professionnels

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d'Etat Infirmier
  • Une expérience en unité de soins intensifs, en réanimation et/ou aux urgences serait appréciée
