Description du poste

Le service de réanimation congénital recherche afin de renforcer son équipe un médecin hospitalier disponible immédiatement pour un réanimateur ou un anesthésiste ayant l’expérience de la réanimation et des cardiopathies

congénitales.

  • Autonomisation progressive selon expérience. Jours formations possibles et jours hors clinique réguliers. Possibilité de CDI selon expérience et déroulement.
  • Patients en post opératoire de chirurgie des cardiopathies congénitales (nourrissons, nouveau-nés et 1/3 grands enfants voir adultes congénitaux)
  • 4 à 5 blocs par jours. Actuellement 12 lits de réanimation. Déménagement vers nouvel hôpital neuf en 2026 avec 14 lits.
  • Service prenant en charges des patients atteints de cardiopathies congénitales du nouveau-né à l’adulte, mais également des cardiomyopathies en attente de greffe.
  • Le service prend en charge régulièrement des patients sous ECMO ou Berlin Heart en attente de transplantation cardiaque, mais aussi des greffes coeur-foie et pulmonaires pédiatriques et utilise dialyse (Prismaflex), VNI/NAVA, NIRS, ICON…
  • Plusieurs thématiques de recherche et de nombreuses collaborations (université de paris Sud, INSERM, la maternité et la réanimation néonatale d’Antoine Béclère et le SMUR 92)

Qualifications

Réanimateur ou un anesthésiste ayant l’expérience de la réanimation et des cardiopathies congénitales.
