Description du poste

Rattaché(e) à la Direction du Parcours Patient, vous pilotez les équipes d'accueil et garantissez la qualité du parcours administratif des patients, de l'admission à la facturation.

Vos principales missions :

Management des équipes

  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer les équipes d'accueil.
  • Organiser les plannings et adapter les ressources à l'activité.
  • Piloter le recrutement, les entretiens professionnels et la montée en compétences des collaborateurs.
  • Favoriser un climat de travail positif et gérer les situations complexes.

Pilotage de l'activité

  • Superviser les activités d'accueil, d'admission, d'encaissement et de facturation.
  • Garantir la fluidité du parcours patient et la qualité de service.
  • Veiller à la conformité des dossiers administratifs et au respect des règles d'identitovigilance, de confidentialité et de facturation.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.

Amélioration continue et projets

  • Optimiser les organisations, les outils et les processus d'accueil.
  • Piloter les projets de transformation et de digitalisation du parcours patient.
  • Participer aux démarches qualité, aux audits et aux instances institutionnelles.

Rythme de travail : Poste au forfait jours (208 jours travaillés par an), exercé du lundi au vendredi.

Qualifications

  • Bac+2 minimum en Management/Organisation ou Expérience confirmée en management d'équipe.
  • Connaissance des activités d'accueil, d'admission et de facturation, idéalement dans le secteur de la santé.
  • Capacité à piloter l'activité à travers des indicateurs de performance.
  • Leadership, sens de l'organisation, esprit d'analyse et orientation qualité de service.
  • Capacité à utiliser les logiciels de gestion des rendez-vous, de pilotage de l'activité et de suivi des indicateurs de performance (Qmatic, Doctolib, BI…)

Vous êtes un manager de terrain, reconnu pour votre sens du service, votre capacité à fédérer les équipes et à accompagner le changement dans un environnement en constante évolution.
