The posting

L’équipe de LG2 Architecture est à la recherche d’un·e concepteur·trice en design d’intérieur pour compléter son équipe. Ce talent contribuera à la conception et à la réalisation de projets d’aménagements commerciaux distinctifs et de haute qualité. En collaboration avec l’architecte principal·e, le ou la technologue en architecture, les client·es et les autres expertises de l’agence, cette personne développera des concepts, produira les documents de présentation et assurera le suivi des différentes étapes du projet.

Grâce à son sens naturel pour le design et à sa grande créativité, ce talent sera appelé à recommander les meilleures pratiques dans son métier. Elle sera aussi responsable de concevoir des projets distinctifs et de haute qualité qui contribueront au rayonnement du produit créatif de LG2 Architecture.

Responsabilités

  • Développer des concepts d’aménagement en réponse aux besoins, aux objectifs et à l’identité des client·es.
  • Effectuer les relevés, contribuer à la mise en plan et produire ou superviser les plans préliminaires et définitifs sur AutoCAD ou Revit.
  • Produire les rendus 3D et préparer des présentations visuelles claires et convaincantes.
  • Présenter les concepts aux client·es, répondre à leurs questions et intégrer leurs commentaires.
  • Effectuer des recherches sur les matériaux et les produits, consulter les fabricants et préparer les demandes de soumission.
  • Vérifier les dessins d’atelier et contribuer à la coordination avec les fournisseurs, les disciplines et les autres intervenant·es.
  • Participer à la surveillance de chantier, assurer le respect des plans et des spécifications et contribuer à résoudre les enjeux rencontrés.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes et les autres expertises de LG2, soutenir les talents moins expérimentés et contribuer au rayonnement du produit de LG2 Architecture.

Profil idéal

  • Possède 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente en design d’intérieur commercial ou en architecture.
  • Maîtrise AutoCAD ou Revit ainsi que les outils de modélisation et de rendu 3D.
  • Possède un sens développé du design, de la composition, des matériaux et des détails.
  • Comprend les principes de conception, de documentation technique, de coordination et de suivi de chantier.
  • Communique clairement ses idées et sait présenter des concepts de façon convaincante aux client·es.
  • Établit des relations de confiance et collabore efficacement avec les client·es, les équipes et les intervenant·es.
  • Fait preuve d’autonomie, de rigueur, d’organisation, de débrouillardise et de jugement dans les situations complexes.
  • Est curieux·se, à l’affût des tendances, orienté·e vers les solutions et intéressé·e à partager ses connaissances avec les autres talents.
