Le ou la technologue créatif·ive du Hub IA est responsable de la recherche, du prototypage et du développement d'expériences et d'outils qui mettent l'intelligence artificielle au service de la créativité. Dans ce rôle, il·elle travaille au sein d'une équipe valorisant la créativité, l'innovation et la collaboration, en lien étroit avec les équipes de création, de stratégie et de production de LG2. Passionné·e par les défis techniques et les nouvelles technologies, ce·tte professionnel·le transforme rapidement en démonstrations concrètes. Au Hub IA, l'IA s'utilise de façon intentionnelle, jamais comme un gadget: chaque projet part d'une idée créative ou d'un vrai besoin.

Responsabilités

  • Conduire des recherches et prototyper de manière autonome des expériences, des outils et des flux de travail propulsés par l'IA (génération d'images, de vidéo, de texte, agents, interfaces conversationnelles).
  • Assumer le leadership technique de projets créatifs intégrant l'IA, en collaboration avec d'autres talents internes et externes.
  • Participer à l'amélioration de concepts créatifs lors de brainstorms, en apportant des idées innovantes et des solutions techniques.
  • Faire passer les prototypes concluants vers des solutions robustes, avec les développeur·euses et les analystes en données du Hub.
  • Participer à la recherche et au développement, tout en contribuant à l'obtention de crédits d'impôts et de subventions.
  • Accompagner le développement des affaires en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités technologiques.
  • Former et sensibiliser les équipes sur le potentiel de l'IA et des nouvelles technologies.
  • Agir en tant que référence sur les sujets de son expertise auprès des différentes équipes internes.

Profil idéal

  • Possède une expérience solide en technologies créatives: R&D, prototypage et mise en production d'expériences créatives mettant à profit l’IA.
  • Expérimente activement les outils d'IA générative et sait les intégrer par API ou dans des pipelines (ex.: ComfyUI, Fal.ai, serveurs MCP, APIs d'OpenAI, Google ou d'Anthropic).
  • Programme avec aisance, idéalement en Python et JavaScript/TypeScript, et utilise couramment des outils de code assisté par IA (Claude Code).
  • La maîtrise d’outils connexes comme Unity, Unreal Engine ou TouchDesigner est un atout important.
  • Des connaissances en électronique, en systèmes embarqués ou en 3D sont un atout.
  • Produit une documentation technique claire (schémas d'architecture, diagrammes fonctionnels, documentation des workflows).
  • Fait preuve d'un esprit créatif et analytique, et sait vulgariser ses solutions à tout type d'audience.
  • Aime partager ses connaissances et mentorer d'autres talents.
